INSPECTION & TESTING

Service testing will involve the following:

(a) Preliminary inspection

(b) Earth continuity tests (for Class 1 equipment)

(c) Insulation testing

(d) Functional checks

Frequency of testing depends on the type of equipment and the environment in which it is used. The frequencies we recommend are based on the guidelines by the IEE code of practice and our own experience.
